50億年前太陽が生まれて、その数千万年後に地球が生じた。
あと50億年で太陽は消え、地球はあと数億年で水が消える。
だから安心して良いことをして笑って生きていける。

The sun before 5,000,000,000 years was born, and the earth occurred the tens of millions of years later.
The sun disappears in 5,000,000,000 years more, and water disappears on the earth in hundreds of millions of years more.
I will live in peace till the sun disappears.

Monlam Chenmo Train Tickets for Namdroling Monks
